Which episode/s is your favourite and why?
I have an extreme attachment to "The Wall" from season 6. It's essentially my comfort media and usually the thing I watch when I'm in a bad mood and want to feel better. I even went out of my way to try to restore it to the best video and audio quality possible.
Why? I just think it's neat. The song is great, the story is heartwarming, the historical significance is fascinating. The fact that the episode came out about a year before the Berlin Wall came down in real life is really interesting to me. It's just like Alvin said at the end of the episode. It was just a dream, but it didn't have to be. It's hopeful. And we could all use a little hope.
Of course, being my favorite cartoon of all time, there are quite a few episodes of the 80s series that I love. I've always had a soft spot for "Dreamlighting". "Big Dreams" is a lot of fun. As is its sister episode "Island Fever". I also think not enough people talk about "The C Team" for being such an anomaly from its time (having Mr. T randomly show up in this show is so wild to me). But that could just be because I like the show that it's based on, "The A-Team".
I would say "sisters", probably cuz I am a huge Jeanette fan and that episode really shows the best in her. I also like "back to our future" equally cuz BTTF is like the best movie ever.
