Hi1. Q: Can I contact a staff member if I notice someone is breaking rules and causing trouble?
A: Absolutely! That's what we're here for! We aren't going to be around at all times, so we might miss something and will greatly appreciate being notified. Just PLEASE do not abuse this feature. If we see you're using this to try to punish someone who hasn't actually done anything wrong, there will be consequences.
2. Q: If someone is harassing me in my private messages, how do I report it?
A: You may contact any staff member to report harassment. Be sure to provide screenshots as evidence. You're free to censor any personal information you don't want shared with us. But anything you do share with a staff member is purely confidential!
3. Q: If someone stole my fan content, how do I report it?
A: Just like with reporting harassment, you may contact us at any time. Be sure to provide proof the content is yours. Once we're sure it's been stolen, we will have the post removed and the person responsible will be punished accordingly.
4: Q: What is the system for punishments on this forum?
A: It depends on the action. Severe actions like harassment and bullying will result in an immediate permanent ban. More minor actions like spam and theft will be dealt
with on a 3-strike basis. Strike 1 is a warning. Strike 2 is a temporary ban from posting. Strike 3 will result in a permanent ban. Temporary and permanent bans also
apply to events hosted outside this forum, such as the Discord server.
5. Q: Can I make new topics myself?
A: Of course! That's what a forum is for. Just make sure they're relevant and in the correct categories. So long as you're not spamming the forum with irrelevant posts, you can make as many topics as you want. That's how we keep the activity going!
6. Q: Do I need to put my name and age in my introduction?
A. You are not required to tell any of us your real name or your age if you don't feel comfortable doing so. Minors, however, you should let us know that you are underage. Simply stating that you're a minor is enough. We just want to make sure you're safe in case something serious happens.
